While Echosystem, Vol. 2 still has a ways to go before its release, our producers ichordic and Quicksolver wanted to give listeners a quick preview of what they could expect from the upcoming project. Our Kronotiq Sounds team has been hard at work putting together the follow-up to last year's album, Echosystem, Vol. 1.

Their solution? The recently released Echowave EP, a five-track project featuring songs created for Echosystem, Vol. 2. Serving as both intermission and transitional point, Echowave continues Kronotiq Sounds' work in experimental music. The EP retains the electronic/ambient elements originally heard in Vol. 1, while promising further explorations of genre with infusions of hip-hop, jazz, and drum-and-bass.
